Should it work on 2008 R2 (x64) for AoE?

Bill,

Please make sure that a volume (LUN) is already created on your AoE device.

Also, try checking "force configuration string" checkbox.

Thanks.

Hmm... doing the "force configuration string" seemed lock the system; ctrl-alt-delete does not work. I reset it and the drive shows up in drive manager but I can't do anything with it; i tried to remove it and that locked the system, too. Any other suggestions?

This is all under ESX, for what it's worth; i wouldn't think that would make a difference but perhaps it does. Thanks!

I would recommend trying that on a physical machine since virtual machines can sometimes show a similar behaviour in the current build series.
