Currently using starport 4.0 on two windows 2003R2 servers and version 3.6 on a 3rd 2003R2 server. When I reboot either of the servers running 4.0 I lose the default drive share on all starport connected drives except for the first drive connected under starport. When I say default drive share, I mean E$ for instance. On serverA, I have k, i, and j drives connected via Aoe, when they were first connected all had a default drive share when you do a net share at the command prompt, after reboot, only the k$ drive share came back. Server service is dependent on starport service. Same thing happens on serverB with 4.0. On serverC with 3.6 all drive shares are intact after reboot.
