StarPort crashes on Windows Server 2003

StarPort keeps crashing on our IBM xseries_346 with MS Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition SP2. We are using the iSCSI StarPort linking to a Thecus N5200PRO (firmware 2.00.14).
With out iSCSI working we have no way of getting to our data. We are copying files to the Thecus using Backup Exec 12.5.

Been working w/Filimonov with no resolution as of yet. Just wondering if anyone else is having similar problems.

Below are 2 error logs from produced crashes. Since this has happened we updated StarPort to version 4.0 Build 0x20090220.
All of this seemed to happen after MS updates were installed. We don't have automatic updates turned on, so unsure how this even happened. Updates are listed after error logs.

Starport 3.6.3 Build 0x20081210 seems to be crashing unexpectedly.
When trying to launch I get this error: StarPort Storage Controller has encountered a problem and needs to close.

It appears that Starport's GUI is crashing for some reason.

Please send us the log files that Dmitry had requested from C:\Documents and Settings\%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\
