I'm running a Windows 2003 R2 w/SP2 server. This morning users reported that access to this server was slow. Upon checking the event log, I saw the following error messages:

Type:Warning
Event ID: 50
{Delayed Write Failed} Windows was unable to save all the data for the file . The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.

Type:Warning
Event ID: 57

The system failed to flush data to the transaction log. Corruption may occur.

I rebooted the server but starport fails to re-connect to the AOE LUN. But instead reports that it is connecting. I upgraded to version 3.6.2 but still no luck.

Now I try to re-add the device, it fails to load with driver failure "no device description" error.

I'm using a Coraid SR5120 AOE appliance.

Help!!

Hi.
Have you tried to set "Force set the Config String" checkbox?
