I have had the AOE running fine... then i experienced the issue with multiple RDP sessions running.

Now when I go to add the device I receive a DRIVER FAILURE?

Has anyone had this issue or have any ideas?

I have reinstalled the software and re registered the software.

I'm running windows 2k3 R2.

StarPort license could be applied only to one physical or virtual machine.
Also if StarPort GUI is running in multiple RDP sessions you can receive 1434 error message.
Please check that you have no other machine in your network running StarPort with the same license. Also check that there are no StarPort GUI's launched in other RDP sessions (you can do it using terminal services manager).

Uninstall StarPort. Run Device manager, expand SCSI and RAID controllers node and ensure that there is no StarPort Storage Controller there. Ensure that C:\Program Files\Rocket Division Software\StarPort\ directory is empty.
Install StarPort again and apply your license.
Email us and we send you link to download new StarPort 3.5
