Hi,

I sent this question 2 weeks ago to the RDS support but it still remain unanswered at this time :

Coraid has released a new product ‘SR1521’ which support load balancing of the two network interfaces.
Linux native driver already support this feature which has the effect of nearly doubling the access throughput.

So, do you plan to develop this load balancing feature in your Starport product ? Several customers are asking us about this features on windows.
Thanks in advance

Best regards,

I see, do you have any road map you can share ?
Cause customers are requesting dates for this type of important goodies.

Ok then maybe people on this forum should vote on features they would like ;-) We vote for load balancing and failover of network interfaces !

Windows version support is a must have of course but features available on coraid linux driver which increase performance and availability (failover) are IMHO very important.

Hope StarPort users and customers which are using AoE and Coraid will give you their feed back on roadmap scope.

It's just a feature request.

We are using this feature on linux and it is simply great.
Our windows customers are asking us questions on this feature cause they are waiting for it : nothing else.

I'm sure you are taking care of customer feedback and we just express and forward you the requests we have.

Contact me in private if you would like to continue this conversation.
