What error did the -checklicense return? Please paste the plain text.
Trial expiration leads to inability to discover targets.

Sorry, I do not know which command to use. As administrator I tried:
  • C:\Program Files\StarNVMeoF\StarNVMeoF_Ctrl.exe -checklicense
    C:\Program Files\StarNVMeoF\GUI\NVMeoF-GUI.exe -checklicense
Both do not work.

If I open the GUI => Cofiguration => Licence, the window shows:
Customer Name: My Name (you can retrieve the license info via my email or the Licence ID)
Organization: nvt (which is n.a. I am a retired engineer)
Number of host: 0
License ID: 31
Expiration date: -

Note
that at this moment I have the actual sw-version installed of course using tcp as selection
and I do not think that the license is the issue
IMHO there is something wrong in the driver related to the processing of the incoming ack

I have booked the first available timeslot. 15/1 10:00
I will try to setup a second PC, so that we do not lose contact when the main PC reboots etc.

Confirmed to be a driver problem. The new driver should work.

Are we expecting to get a new driver any time soon as i know one was being worked on earlier in this topic anyway?

Should be there in one month, I believe, but that's not a solid ETA. I will try to update this thread once it is released.
Keep an eye on the release notes https://www.starwindsoftware.com/release-notes-build

Hi, is it possible to provide a new link to the old version? The previous salesforce one has expired.

I'm also stuck on this very issue. Is there any update on when the new version will be out?

Thanks

Hi,

Sadly, I have no realistic idea when it will be released; the ETA changed so many times, so I would simply reply "I don't know, keep an eye on the release notes" and refresh the link instead of providing one more prolongation again and again.
https://starwind.my.salesforce.com/sfc/ ... 20HsG.mD7Q link is here. Valid until APR 24, I hope the release will be there
