What made you change your minds about allowing hyperconverged setups in the free version? Now that it's here, I'm afraid of depending on it - incase you remove it again. What assurance can you provide that it will stay restriction free?

As long as you got your key it's always a friction-less upgrade. So if you had HCI enabled key before (NFR?) you could use it just fine.

We see that most people are still experimenting with different setups and configurations to find their perfect balance between ROI, performance, ease-of-use and cost of ownership – so why not give them all the options? Obviously there will be users who only need one thing in particular and they can just continue using that setup without having to do anything else. The new options are accessible in the “Advanced Settings” tab on the top right corner of your dashboard in VVD Standard.
