Windows Server 10: Soft Restart Feature

Ladies and gentlemen,
Windows Server 10 has a nice feature called Soft Restart. Making long story short: can re-boot OS w/o long and painful hardware reset. Whole story here:

It's a pity the whole thing does not work well so far
