Failed to initialize

I have installed the tape redirector and configured it with iSCSI for the tape drive and library. All looks OK
I have configured the iSCSI initiator on the client VM and connected OK
In device manager the tape drive shows but media changer was showing unknown. I have downloaded the drivers from DELL and installed. Looks to install OK but I get an error saying "Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware (Code 37) Object name not found
Any advice would be appreciated
