What port are you connecting to? iSCSI default 3260 or dedicated TR one?

Can I ask you to try the default ports that Anton specified above?

I tried it but still the same error. Port is ok. When port is bad error is:

Code: Select all

cannot make connection... connection refused
I think there is a problem:

Code: Select all

iscsiadm: additional header segment length 83 not supported
iscsiadm: Login I/O error, failed to receive a PDU
iscsiadm: retrying discovery login to 10.3.0.254

Thank you for the logs.
Unfortunately we don`t have the Tape Redirector with the fix for you, however the latest SPTI technology that is used to share the tapes is implemented in the latest Beta of our iSCSI SAN software. You can get the installer and the license key for it by registering in our Beta-Testing program. Please use the link below to apply to it:
http://www.starwindsoftware.com/starwind-v8-beta

We`ll appreciate if you will try it out and share your feedback with us.

Thank you
