Could you please provide us with full description of your SAN system and exact steps that you are following before getting this message?

I have a server running Win 2012 R2 with a HP Tape
Installed Tape Redirect and entered the license.
Followed the guide "Using StarWind Tape Redirector and CA ARCserve Backup" except that I selected "Export tape drive" instead

The iSCSI-target shows up, but I cannot connect.

Tape Redirector uses different iSCSI port (not 3260) by default. Did you change your initiator settings to match the ones used with target?

Have you configured any access rights to target?

The target is visible so the port are correct (33268)
Authentication Type = Anonymous.

Please provide StarWind logs from a failed connect attempt. Thanks!
