I have a physically server Windows 2012 with to tapedrives connected and a Hyper-V windows 2012 server.

I have installed Tape Redirector on the server with the tapedrives and iSCSI Initiator on the Hyper-V server.

I have disabled the Firewall on both servers and there is no antivirus installed.

But I cannot connect….. 

I have attached the log file.

There's no log attached. Make sure you're not connecting to iSCSI (3260) port but rather Tape Redirector port.

I cannot attach the logfile...
