Hello all,
I need assistance using the Tape Redirector product. I am using Hyper-V Server 2008 R2 SP1 which contains an HBA card connected to a Dell PowerVault TL2000. I was able to go through the configuration and export the tape drive successfully and make use of it. That being said I need to export the entire library/loader so that I can view the slots for example and I am unable to do so. Any assistance that can be provided which would assist me with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much in advance.
If you require any additional information do let me know.

"Unable to do so" what does it mean? What exactly did fail? Export failed? You don't see changer LUN? Screenshot? Log? Anything except "does not work". Thanks!

Can you confirm that you have installed all the tape drivers on the machine where the Tape Redirector installed?
About your question: you can find the logs in the corresponding folder in the software installation folder.

We had the same problem with Dell PowerVault 124T Autoloader in Dell PowerEdge server with Windows 2003 Server.
All you have to do is to stop Removable Storage service and autoloader will show in StarWind management console.
