tape redirector 20100623

I was using this earlier this year with success on Windows 7 accessing it from a Win XP client.
Now something has gone wrong - I try to add mercury 33268 to MS iSCSI client and it chokes putting up a message box entitled "Add Target Portal" with text "Target Error"
The Starwind Tape Redirector Service is running.
The Windows 7 firewall is set to allow UDP and TCP connections on 33268 from the local network.
I do note that the server log says " License is INVALID or EXPIRED"
I'm also seeing *LICENSE* Rejected connection messages.
Is Tape redirector now available as part of the regular product? Can I get a replacement license?
