Server 2019 and Old Dell 132T

Details:

Server: Dell R710 with LSI Logic 53c1030 OCI-X Fusion MPT SCSI card. No drivers available that work with card.
OS: Server 2019

Tape Library: Dell 132T with IBM Ultrium-TD3 Tape Device

From the Device Manager the SCSI card is show with Yellow Triangle Error: No driver installed.

Fact: SCSI is not supported on Windows Server 2019.

Made a 2012R@ VM in hopes I could use the StarWind VTL. The tape library is not recognized.

Any suggestions?
