Is there any way to control tape autoloader from PowerShell only?

We need to insert / eject virtual tapes and copy them from VTL to vaulting storage off-site. How to achieve this without human operator intervention?

Right now we only have commandlets for creating VTL, management commands have already been added to our upcoming build that is undergoing testing.
It is planned for release next week.
