StarWind Licensing Policy.

Hi everyone!

We have changed a little bit the licensing policy. The full document is available at http://www.starwindsoftware.com/images/ ... _guide.pdf

The key points:
- From now on one can install StarWind Enterprise Server on two nodes using one license! The Enterprise Server license permits installation on a secondary node for the purpose of mirroring and replication from the primary node. Please note that this license is not meant to allow the use of two active
storage servers but only permits an active-passive configuration for configuring replication from the primary to the secondary node.

- StarWind Server, StarWind Free and StarWind VTL still require one license per each phisical or virtual node that it will be used with.

Thanks

We purchased 2 copies of Starwind Professional Server back in 2007 with 3 years support and maintenance.

Which version (i.e. Standard/VTL/Enterprise) does this license entitle us to use now?

Thanks,
