Question about beta

My interest in this card game peaked a little late, so to my understanding I cannot receive access to the beta until early 2020. Beta keys for accounts are not actively dropping and are time specific(the latest being Nov 14-19). Please tell me if any of this information is wrong or I am neglecting anything or opportunities to get a key.
