LSFS grows and then dies

Hi, i use StarWind RC .
My logical drive has 1396 GB
I put there LSFS disk with deduplication volume 1360GB.
After I copied all the virtual machines. LSFS size was about 600Gb.
But this morning I saw the horror, the logical drive was packed to capacity, had no free space,
the virtual machine started to fall one after another. After trying to restart StarWind got worse,
LSFS: Device Mount failed.
