SMI integration error in SCVMM2012

Hi All,
after configuring the smi Provider, trying to integrate with SCVMM and getting:
VirtuaI Machine Manaqer
Storage discovery of provider http://dc.contoso.com at TCPPort 5988 for user scvmm failed
!from scvmm.contoso .com with erro code HostType Not Supported Failed: Discovery cannot
connect to namespace. HTTP_TIMEOUT:HTTPCIient::post()failed.
Specify valid provider, port and user credentials for storage discovery.

has anyone seen it?Any way to resolve this?
