Boot device inaccessible after converting Windows Server 2019 from VSphere ESXI to Proxmox

After using V2V to convert an ESXI VM to Proxmox, Windows fails to boot with the error "Inaccesable Boot Device"

Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?

Please try removing VMware tools before conversion.
