Hyper-V to VMware, Error opening image, error opening file

as title suggests,

whenever i try to convert, it gives me error.

i created the virtual machine manually from the converter, i ticked the windows repair mode.

it gives me the following error:

error opening image

error opening file

then after it shows that the conversion fails

the migration from my laptop hyper-v to remote vcenter.

Thanks for your reply, but the thread you link doesnt relate to my issue, or did you mean i should download older version of the converter?

Thanks for your update. As you did not attach the error you are getting, I tried to guess it from what I previously saw.

the error is on the last screen tab from the V2V converter , it goes as follows:

Conversion failed

Could you help me extract the logs? i dont see any option on the converter to get logs.

Is it ESXi FREE? There's a connectivity issue with the target host. Check if there are any rules that can be blocking conversion viewtopic.php?t=5739.
