ESXi to Hyper-V offline conversion issue.

Taken Snapshot of VM in ESXi
Uninstall VMware Tools
Turn Off VM
Copy VMDK-flat to Windows machine.
Convert VMDK to VHDX
Attach to VM.

Question: Will the snapshot cause issues? As I had a VM that had corrupted DLL in OS.

Yes, it might be causing the issue. It is better to merge the snapshot.
