conversion VMware to Hyper fails

Hi;
we are getting this error as per the attached

Can you please assist?

One important feature we are looking for is the synchronization part, where we can keep the VM running until we are ready to make the move.

Welcome to StarWind Forum. Could you please share the full conversation log from C:\Program Files\StarWind Software\StarWind V2V Converter\logs?
Please make sure the VM does not have the checkpoints. Please also make sure that nothing is attempting to take the checkpoint of the VM. Please also try using root user privileges.
Alternatively, copy VMDK to the Hyper-V host and try converting it locally.
Will be waiting for the conversion logs!

can we send the logs to a private email?
also we installed ver 9.0.1.268, and this works, but it does not have the sync feature.
Note: we did manually delete the snapshots created by v2v, and this does not help.
