Azure to ESXi fail

Go through app screens without incident, but hit finish and get the following on gui and I notice that the disk in Azure is still has disk in export mode.
Error opening image
Response is incorrect
Conversion failed

and the following in the log

FYI, disk is 4.5TB.

Thank you for your patience.
My colleagues noticed that the original disk is 4K VHDX. It cannot be recognized by VMware, therefore conversion fails. If the VM is running Windows, try converting its individual disks as VMDK.
