Hey there!

I'm working on converting some ancient CentOS 6.10 VMs on a Hyper-V host to our VMware environment. The conversion works with no issue but every time I go to start the new VM, I get a black screen and the message "No Operating System Found".

I've already tried to convert both Gen 1 and Gen 2 Hyper-V VMs but get the same result every time. I am also unable to repair the new VM's OS using CentOS iso.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks!

Try converting an individual disk and creating a VM out of it. You might also need a different boot option in vSphere.
