I got 12 hyper-v VM's on a physical host that I need to convert to VMWare. I was looking at using VMWare converter, but the VM's need to be powered off and there's no ETA given unless the job is ran. How does Starwind V2V compare. Will it convert while the VM's are online and do a delta when we are ready to cutover, or does it require them to be offline as well?

I think that's not easy to do.

Hi,

No, it's a pretty much straightforward and documented process.

Is converting a working VM complicated? I am a new user.
