Select OS disk empty and disabled on physical to Hyper-V

Hello.

I need to migrate a physical Windows Server 2012R2 as a VM in a Hyper-V host running under Windows Server 2022 in the same LAN.

I run StarWind V2V converter (version 9.0.1.364) in the physical machine and follow the steps of the wizard.

1 - Select location of the image to convert: P2V
2 - Select physical data to convert: Entire machine
3 - Select disk volumes to convert: Both C;\ and \\?\Volume{3.... are selected
4 - Select the location of the destinarion image: Microsoft Hyper-V Server
5 - Enter Microsoft Hyper-V Server connection parameters:
Hostname: IP address of Hyper-V server on the LAN
Username and password: Credentials for administrator user on the Hyper-V server
6 - Here comes the problem:

Under Path virtual machine, I can select the destinarion partition on the Hyper-V machine
Rest of fields are filled, but field Select OS disk is empty and greyed out, disabled.

What am I doing wrong ?

Thank you for your question. May I wonder if conversion runs if you press Convert?

Hi.

Nothing seems to happen after clicking on Convert button.

The button is enabled, it gets the focus and responds to click event, but anything happens.

I can even click on it several times in a row ...

If I click on Cancel button it asks me if I want to cancel and just closes gracefuly.

That's strange. Could you please try converting individual disks into VHD(X)?
