Hello

premise: I don't know about Microsoft Virtual PC e.g. Microsoft Virtual PC 2007

need to do a test on an old PC where, after your kind help/confirmations/hints/links I will go to install Windows 7 with Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 and

---> from that need, here it is the goal and then reason of what in subject

When Windows 7 and Virtual PC 2007 will be up and running, my need is TO IMPORT an existing vmware Windows XP guest VM <--- which I CANNOT REINSTALL

Since I have a multitude of unknowns I'd like to start from something sure and so I seek for the last StarWind V2V Converter with the direct conversion in Vrtual PC format

seen here https://www.sysprobs.com/convert-vmware ... d-starwind

unless you may confirm that the current version and a conversion in "Microsoft Hyper-V Server" would produce the same identical result (which I doubt)

Thank you for any help, hint or useful link for downloading that older version

Could you please rephrase your question?
What is the hypervisor VM is running and what is the destination? You can V2V that VM to the new environment. See more on possible conversion scenarios: https://www.starwindsoftware.com/v2v-he ... tions.html https://www.starwindsoftware.com/v2v-help/Concept.html
