StarWind Software

Hi everyone,

I would like to P2V an old 32 bits Windows XP computer to a VM. I tried all in-built Windows solutions (NT, backup, ...) but to no avail. Someone recomanded me Starwind P2V but unfortunately I cannot run it on Windows XP.
It says "Internal error : Cannot expand "pf64" constant on this version of Windows".

Does anyone know if there is another version of Starwind P2V that is compatible or soma trick to make it work ?

Sadly, P2V conversion of 32bit OS is not available.

If I connect my Windows XP (32 bits) computer internal drive as an external drive of my Windows 10 computer, can I make a P2V if the W32 computer ?

If it is recognized by the converter, yes, but StarWind V2V Converter might not support the conversion of the external disks.
