Hi,

after using your conversion of a windows 7 drive, I have trouble getting it to run in VmWare Workstation. It keeps going into recovery mode.
Do you have some hints on solving this?

Regards
Erwin

Do you have nay special (i.e., custom) drivers installed?

If you still have this issue, you can navigate to the installation directory for VMware Workstation Pro. This should be located by default in C:Program Files (x86)VMwareVMware Workstation. Then, find the executable file vmware.exe and give it a new name, such as vmwarea.exe. To make the modifications effective, restart the device. Hope that it's effective with you.

I do not think that helps to be honest as the issue appears to be related to custom drivers of some sort.
