Unable to import vmdk in VMware Workstation 16 player

Hello,
I converted my physical machine system drive C: with V2V converter into vmdk file.
Trying to add the vmdk to a virtual machine in VMware Workstation 16 Player i get following message:
Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you. There could be a problem with the descriptor for that file. Can you please try any other VMDK?
