P2V to vCenter fails

Trying to convert Windows 10 workstation to a VM on ESX 7.0.3 I can connect to vCenter with no issue. Choose the host and storage and vnet. When it goes to create the VM it fails. I see the vm created in vCenter and the vmdx but it is set to 1KB. It actually fails to fully create the disk. In the logs it says failed to communicate with host. Ports 80 and 443 are open to vCenter. Access to the host itself is only allowed from vCenter.

Any ideas?

Welcome to StarWind Forum. As a workaround, could you try converging the disk to a VMDK on that server? Please also try connecting to ESXi, not vCentre.
