I have searched the Forum before writing, and I think the answer is "yes".

However, I would like to confirm:

Are Admin rights necessary to execute StarWind V2V Converter?

I do not convert virtual machines. I provide the machine (in this case Windows10) where my users will convert VM's. I would prefer not to give them Admin rights.

Do I have any option?

You need local admin rights to do conversion.
