I am converting a VHDX to VMDK, and the VM gets created in vCenter but when creating the image it failed due to "m_VixDiskLib_Open is fail - 4, A file was not found". Error is below. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried the vCenter IP first then I tried a few ESXi hosts IP. Both giving me the same issue.

Please try converting VHDX->VMDK and attach it to the fresh-created VM then. Let me know if you run into any trouble.
