I install the Starwind software on the XEN VM. In this case it is a 2008 R2 box. I choose the P2V option and fill out all the allowable information. The process runs, and completes. However I can not start the VM on the VMWare 6.7 vCenter.

Any thoughts on this?

There can be a driver mismatch. Having a screenshot that showcases the error will be appreciated.
