Unable to V2V from esxi 6.5 to 6.7

I'm trying to use Starwind v9.0.1.268 to convert VMs from an ESXi 6.5 host to an ESXi 6.7 host. I'm getting this error:
"Current licence or ESXi version prohibits execution of the requested operation".

The source host is a Dell Optiplex 3010 (i5-3470) running ESXi 6.5. The destination is an HP Microserver Gen8 (Xeon E2-1265L v2) running ESXi 6.7 (HPE Custom image - VMware-ESXi-6.7.0-Update3-18828794-HPE-Gen9plus-670.U3.10.8.1.2-Nov2021).

Is it impossible for me to convert from ESXi 6.5 to 6.7 using this version of Starwind?

It can be that ESXi version itself blocks access to certain APIs.
