It looks like that is the last 32bit version.

I realize that it wont have all of the bug fixes, but it should allow me to p2V a Vista Business host I have been asked to get working on newer hardware. Normally I would recommend a clean install

The issue is that there is Software for running an industrial process on it that is licensed to some hardware component (not the hard drive fortunately since it is on an SSD now). The vendor tool that created the license went offline 3 years ago when the business was sold.

I can't just clone the disk either because an architecture change needs to happen at the same time AMD->Intel.

Please let me know what is the conversion scenario (i.e., OS running on the host in question).
You can try converting individual disks and creating the VM manually.
