VMDK Converting problem

Hi, i am trying to migrate an old XEN Server 7.6 to VMWARE 7. The Xen export to VHD is working fine. After this i migrate the VHD to VMDK via the Converter (Option ESXI Server).
The migration runs successfully. At least it says that all is fine. After importing the VMDK to vmware it simply can not boot. Also attaching the harddisk to an already existing server doesnt work either.

Why is that?

Seems to be related to drivers. Can you please run conversion in the Repair Mode, please?

Repair Mode doesnt work during conversation. It brings up some errors. So it wont work.

It might be the driver conflict. Can I see the error you are getting while booting up the VM?
