VHD to AWS Stuck at 19%

I am running VMDK conversion to VHD and AWS.
But had once last week it ran to 19% and no progress for more tan 24 hours.
Then I stopped the conversion.
This week I ran the conversion again and now it is at 19%.
Then also it looks like no progress again.
Please help.
