Required firewall ports???

Hello,
I'm looking to use StarWind V2V Converter to do a V2V migration from Hyper-V 2008R2 to Vmware vCenter 6.7. The systems are on different remote networks. What firewall ports are required to use the application for this task? Thank you in advance for the assist.
