Workstation to ESXi -> After conversion, VM don't launch

Hi,
i need to convert two VMs Workstation to ESXi format, so i used StarWind V2V Converter software (awesome, thanks you!
).
The first VM is under Windows, the conversion went well, the VM starts, everything is ok.
The second VM is under SLES 15 SP1, the conversion went well, but the VM don't launch (see the attached error file).
I think it's a pure Linux error message, but i think it's related to the conversion.
I hope you could help me.
