Activate Windows Repair Mode Greyed Out!!

When going through the converter the option to run repair mode is always greyed out and sometimes does not appear.
When following the below steps, the option does appear but is greyed out.
Remote VMware ESXi Server>Server parameters>Expand Windows VM>select VMDK (tried one with OS and without)>Microsoft Hyper-V Server>Hyper-V parameters>VMDX growable (tried all)
Going through that, it is still grey.
Following these steps, it never shows up and after clicking next it starts the VM creation.
Remote VMware ESXi Server>Server parameters>Select VM>Microsoft Hyper-V Server>Hyper-V parameters>Settings of new VM
