Hello there!

I'm trying to convert a vhdx to vhd, but as soon as i select it the "File info" pane shows "Error opening file (2) [15100]" and i cannot continue. The file is not locked (I can rename it without issues), current user has full access.

Suggestions? The file is on a USB3 drive.

The file might be in use.
Could you tell me please where exactly you are running the V2V converter (i.e., the OS version)?
Could you also provide me with the logs, please? I need to take a closer look at the issue.
