can't login to esx server

Trying to move from vmware back to Hyper-V and I downloaded the convertor and get this error attached capture
also, why can't the documentation be printed and is hard to find?

hi there...thanks for the prompt reply. but that link the document is not printable only get the first two pages, first is blank. Should have PDF documents.
