Format is not supported (19) [127]

Im trying to convert a .vmdk file to a vhdx file and I keep getting the error. This format is not supported (19) [127] current virtual disk not supported. Does your software not covert to hyper-v. I have tried other files to hyper-v and I get the same error. I can convert to any other format but hyper-v. Am I doing something wrong?
