Invalid file format (11) [0] Footer marker not found

Hi,

I am trying to convert a Junos Space Log Collector VMware appliance to HyperV (VHDX) format.

There are two files, system.vmdk and data1.vmdk, and selecting any one of them in the converter results in a following message:

Invalid file format (11) [0]
C:\Users\m.sacharewicz\Downloads\Log-Collector-18.1R2.15\system.vmdk - Invalid format. Footer marker not found

I cannot find any documentation on this error nor any mention about it over google.

I have previously installed the same appliance on VMware, so these files seem to be proper for VMware.

Any hint?

Most probably, this type of vmdk is not supported.
Is there any chance to get this vmdk and test it in our lab?
