"Error Parsing file" Error 18 [32] when converting VHDX to Raw using CLI

When converting from VHDX to RAW, we were seeing "Error parsing file 'XXX.vhdx'. Error 18 [32] ." We retried the command a few times, the error was consistent. We rebooted the host machine, then attempted to rerun the command. After reboot, the conversion works as expected. Since then, we haven't been able to reproduce the issue, or find any additional information about what the error was indicating.

Is there any additional information on "Error parsing file... Error 18 [32]" and what it might mean?

Command below:
"c:\Program Files (x86)\StarWind Software\StarWind V2V Image Converter\StarV2Vc.exe" if=.\XXX.vhdx of=out.raw ot=RAW

Hi rleonar,
This error means "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." And reboot solved it.

I just ran into this issue -- I performed "detach VHD" on the VHDX in Windows Disk Management, then the Starwind Convert V2V utility worked perfectly.
