Please am trying to convert hyper -V .vhd to vmdk but getting the error Internal error (9) [0] while converting .vhd to .vmdk

Kindly help.

I need several questions answered to troubleshoot this issue:
1. What is the VMDK format that you use as your target?
2. What is the type of the VHD disk you are converting?
3. Are Additional Options active in your case?
4. Is the disk that is being converted used by another program/process at the time of conversion?
5. Is there any particular reason for converting a local disk using network shares?

5. Is there any particular reason for converting a local disk using network shares? ----I dont understand this question please

Any further info? Like whether it is Eager Zeroed/Lazy Zeroed/Thin Provisioned

2. What is the type of the VHD disk you are converting? ---- hyper-V vhd

Any details? Thin or Thick provisioned?

Have you tried converting the same file with the path like "E:\Administering...." instead of "\\localhost\E$\Administering..."?
